This full time position involves working closely with the Marketing & Communications team and operational leaders to produce high-quality proposals and marketing materials. You'll oversee the entire proposal process, from identifying opportunities to final submissions, ensuring documents are tailored and impactful. Collaboration with technical teams will enhance your effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate production of RFPs and proposals
• Analyze client requirements for proposal success




• Collaborate with estimators and managers for content
• Edit and format stylish and accurate proposals
• Monitor procurement websites for new opportunities
Requirements:
• Degree or Diploma in Marketing or Communications
• 3-5 years of proposal coordination experience
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign
• Strong organizational and editing skills
• Familiarity with the AEC industry preferred
