IEM is hiring an Operations Supervisor to enhance production processes at our Surrey location. This role ensures adherence to quality and safety standards in a full time, in-office setting.
As an Operations Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in directing the daily operations of production teams. You’ll supervise, coach, and evaluate team members while ensuring compliance with safety protocols and production schedules. This position is fundamental in driving continuous improvement efforts within IEM's dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead production execution to surpass quality and safety benchmarks
• Coach and evaluate the performance of Team Leads and Operators
• Monitor output and manage key operational metrics




• Collaborate with various departments to maintain work center efficiency
• Enforce safety protocols and establish standard operational practices
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in operations
• 3+ years in a production environment and 1+ years in leadership
• Understanding of Lean principles and production management
• Basic skills in digital tools and ERP systems
• Strong problem-solving and communication capabilities
