In this management position, you will oversee the Health & Safety Management System and collaborate with team members to uphold Emcon's high safety standards. Your duties involve maintaining comprehensive safety documentation and contributing to the Certificate of Recognition audit program. A solid background in safety management is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review and enhance safety management documentation
• Coordinate with management on procedural safety requirements
• Manage safety-related documents in compliance with regulations
• Lead the COR audit program and support audits
• Prepare and present safety reports to management
Requirements:
• Completed Grade 12 education and safety management experience
• Certification in auditing; BCCSA or ISO preferred
• Management training and supervisory skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Clean BC Driver's License and safety-driven approach
