About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President of Media Platforms and Distribution Technology to spearhead the evolution of its broadcast platforms, media operations, and workflow automation. The successful candidate will be a senior executive leader with a clear mandate to modernize operating models and reduce complexity, ensuring a faster, more flexible, and highly scalable content supply chain. This role demands a strategic thinker with a strong execution focus, capable of defining and executing the long-term vision for broadcast technology, media workflows, and content services. The VP will be responsible for leading multi-disciplinary teams, establishing governance and best practices, and acting as a senior advisor on technology trends and opportunities.

Applicants must have an MBA or advanced technical degree, with at least 12 years' experience in broadcast technology, media engineering, or content operations,



including senior leadership roles. Deep expertise in broadcast systems, media workflows, and content delivery ecosystems is essential, as is a proven track record in leading large, complex teams and cross-functional initiatives. The role requires a robust understanding of linear TV, digital/OTT platforms, and evolving distribution models, as well as experience in operational transformation and managing budgets, vendors, and enterprise-scale platforms. Familiarity with cloud-based media architectures, IP-based broadcast environments, and experience with FAST channels and international distribution is also necessary. The ideal candidate will be a change leader with a modernization mindset, possess strong commercial and financial acumen, and demonstrate a commitment to fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and inclusion.
