Key Responsibilities:
• Design innovative nursing and care delivery models
• Establish clinical policies and protocols
• Mentor a diverse interdisciplinary healthcare team




• Manage 24/7 clinical logistics and quality assurance

Requirements:
• Registered Nurse in good standing with Ontario's regulatory body
• 3+ years in leadership within healthcare
• 3+ years of hands-on hospice or palliative experience
• Proven record in managing healthcare operations
• Valid driver's license and successful background check
