We are seeking an inspirational Store Leader to oversee daily operations at the Heartland Town Centre location and drive sales performance. The role focuses on building and developing high-performance teams, delivering exceptional customer experiences in luxury menswear and footwear, and meeting financial targets. This full time, permanent position reports to the Divisional Vice-President.
Responsibilities
- Recruit, coach, and develop associates to build a high-performing store team.
- Foster an inspiring shopping experience that promotes product knowledge and customer loyalty.
- Achieve financial goals through team building and effective store operations.
Requirements
- 3-5 years' experience in a senior leadership role with a track record of leading productive teams.
- Proven success in developing people and leaders in retail.
- Knowledge and expertise in luxury menswear and footwear.
- High level of initiative and entrepreneurship and willingness to relocate to Mississauga, Ontario.
