NADG is seeking a Senior Accountant to support financial reporting and taxation functions. You will record month-end adjusting entries, monitor cash flows, and aid in preparing detailed financial statements for various stakeholders. Your role will also include liaising with management and external information providers to ensure accurate reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Record month-end adjusting and capital entries
• Monitor cash flow activities and manage distributions
• Assist in the preparation of internal and external financial statements




• Prepare year-end audit and tax working paper files
• Complete ad-hoc projects for reporting purposes
Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree in Finance or Accounting
• 3-4 years of accounting experience required
• Real estate or investment company experience preferred
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Knowledge of Yardi is preferred
