Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate and negotiate insurance risks consistently
• Engage with brokers through visits and events
• Analyze submissions to recommend efficient solutions
• Underwrite policies according to company standards
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to peers
Requirements:
• 1 year of underwriting experience for Level I, more for II/III
• Solid skills in sales and customer service
• Knowledge of local insurance issues
• Eligible to work in Canada without prior work experience
• CIP designation progress preferred
