Greater Victoria Harbour Authority
Toronto
OverviewSince its establishment in 2002, the Greater Victoria Harbour Authority has evolved into a respected not-for-profit steward of Victoria’s working harbour, owning some 110 acres of waterfront and seabed land, and serving as a significant contributor to the municipal tax base. The organization’s portfolio spans deep-water terminals at Ogden Point, downtown marinas, float homes, liveaboards and industrial lands, all on the traditional territory of the lək̓ʷəŋən (Lekwungen) People. This positioning—balancing marine commerce, tourism, real estate, public access and Indigenous partnership—creates a unique cultural and operational identity for the Harbour Authority. Their mindset is entrepreneurial, nimble, and action‑oriented—able to seek out opportunities, challenge the status quo and deliver results in dynamic settings.OpportunityBased in one of Canada’s most beautiful and vibrant harbour cities, this is truly a unique opportunity to lead and drive growth in an organization at the intersection of commerce, community, and coastal environment.Compensation & ApplicationTo explore this opportunity further, please click Apply. The expected salary for this position is $235,000 with potential movement beyond commensurate with experience and qualifications. We thank all applicants for their interest in this position.
