Financial Services Representative

As a Financial Services Representative you will join a dedicated branch sales and service team to provide exceptional member experience. Your primary focus will be to understand member financial needs and recommend appropriate products and services, while delivering front‑line transactional services and fostering member relationships.

Responsibilities

- Perform front‑line transactional services (deposits, withdrawals, transfers, etc.) and ensure all transactions are accurate and timely.
- Identify member needs through consultative questioning and provide tailored product and service recommendations, including deposits, credit, and wealth referrals.
- Reopen or open current member accounts using targeted account‑opening strategies.
- Maintain member accounts, perform due diligence on all transactions, and ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
- Engage in revenue‑generating and sales‑based activities to meet and exceed individual and team goals.
- Collaborate with branch leadership and cross‑functional partners (Wealth, Small Business, Mobile Mortgage Specialists) to align financial strategies and deliver member‑centric solutions.
- Use virtual technology platforms to host meetings, provide remote banking, and enhance member engagement.
- Resolve member concerns proactively, create action plans to prevent escalation, and maintain member privacy and confidentiality.

Qualifications

- Post‑secondary education or equivalent work experience in a financial services sales environment (preferred).
- Strong business acumen, financial industry knowledge,



and ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills; ability to listen, negotiate, and influence.
- Proficiency in computer systems and virtual technology platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to make decisions, act decisively, and provide friendly, personable service.

Salary Range

CAD 50,000 to 58,000 annually, with potential for higher placement based on skills, experience, and internal equity.

Roundhouse Centre Branch, Windsor, 3065 Howard Ave Unit 1, Windsor, Ontario, N8X 3Y9 (in‑office).
