We are hiring Ironworkers at all levels to assist on our Surrey-Langley project. Under the supervision of a Foreman, you will be responsible for the installation of various steel components. Effective communication and thorough understanding of safety protocols are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Install structural and miscellaneous steel under supervision
• Secure steel bars and metal mesh in forms
• Position steel units accurately for hoisting
• Read and interpret construction blueprints
• Use tools to weld, cut, and assemble steel
Requirements:
• Must have fall protection training
• Experience in rigging and telehandler operation
• Knowledge of confined spaces
• WHMIS certification essential
• Flexibility for a 50-60 hour work week
