This role involves supporting the Dietitian Practice Leader in delivering optimal nutrition care to patients. As a Clinical Nutrition Technician, you will conduct screenings, adjust dietary plans, and educate patients about their nutritional needs. Your work will bridge patient care units and Food Services, ensuring a seamless nutrition experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Screen nutrition referrals and prioritize caseloads
• Conduct one-on-one visits for nutrition assessments
• Assist in implementing and monitoring nutrition care plans




• Document relevant nutrition interventions in medical records
• Collect clinical data to support patient nutrition needs
Requirements:
• Completion of a recognized food service management program
• Related experience or equivalent education in nutrition
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients
• Skilled in managing diverse and complex nutrition needs
• Food Secure Certificate 1 is an asset
