Seasonal Full-Time (May – October)

Qualifications

- A combination of experience and education that meet the minimum requirements in the care and maintenance of plants, vegetable and fruit plants; First Aid/CPR; Food Protected.

Duties

- This job requires ability to perform tasks on all areas and aspects of garden work.
- Requires ability to lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds and bend or stoop repeatedly over time; must be able to work on weekends.
- Assist in planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops such as beans, onions, peas and potatoes, etc.
- Set up operating farm machinery such as generator, tractor, rototiller, and tree pruner.
- Assist in growing vegetables in greenhouse to produce out-of-season crops.
- Perform repairs, maintenance, and troubleshooting on all farm machinery.
- Assist in designing, planting, and maintaining flowerbeds.
- Demonstrate continuous effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround times, streamline work processes, and work cooperatively and jointly to provide quality seamless service.
