Key Responsibilities:
• Create and disseminate technical bulletins and documentation
• Ensure all procedures align with Canadian service requirements
• Analyze and report on dealer program effectiveness




• Manage inventory for special tools and equipment
• Assist in analyzing data for operational improvement
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of experience in the automotive industry
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Experience in project management
• Bilingual skills are advantageous
• Automotive Service Technician License required
