Reporting to the Senior Manager of Risk Reporting and Governance at CGL, this position is crucial in managing the Enterprise Risk Management initiatives. You will focus on producing reports, maintaining risk registers, and developing visual tools to translate complex data into clear insights. Fostering collaboration across departments to support a robust risk management culture is a key element of this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Compile and manage enterprise-wide risk reports
• Create engaging dashboards to communicate risk insights
• Streamline risk reporting processes through best practices




• Maintain documentation in line with governance standards
• Coordinate key governance activities and administration tasks
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or Business preferred
• 5 to 7 years in financial services with risk experience
• Proven ability to create reports for executive audiences
• Advanced Microsoft Office and data visualization skills
• Robust analytical and stakeholder management competencies
