You will supervise program execution, oversee community events, and support families in navigating the complexities of military life through recreational engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise, coordinate, and manage recreation programs across age groups
• Enhance community connections through civic activities




• Mentor staff and volunteers while fostering team dynamics
• Assess and improve program delivery and operations
• Manage budgetary aspects of programming for efficiency
Requirements:
• High school diploma and relevant recreation program certification
• Proven experience in recreational planning and management
• Effective leadership, innovation, and communication skills
• Valid CPR and First Aid certifications
• Capability to handle moderate lifting duties
