Job Title: Sr Business Analyst Location: Toronto, ON - Hybrid (3 Days WFO) Duration: 06-12 Months Job Description: As a Senior Business Analyst, you will support trading platforms and workflows with deep knowledge of OMS/EMS architecture, FIX protocol, market/client connectivity, and TCA/best execution analysis.

You will work closely with traders, operations, and business & technology stakeholders to design and implement trading workflows across various financial instruments.

Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience as a Business Analyst supporting trading platforms and workflows.

Strong understanding of the end-to-end trade lifecycle.

Solid command of front-office trading data domains.

Demonstrated hands-on experience designing and implementing trading workflows.

Deep understanding of synthetics and swap products.





Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Good technical fluency, including SQL and stored procedures.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications Experience in money market instruments (e.g., REPO, stock borrowing and lending).

Ability to read Python code.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities Analyze complex trade structures and break them into simpler executable flows.

Partner effectively with traders, operations, and business & technology stakeholders.

Translate high-level business requirements into well-structured BRDs and test plans.
