Responsibilities and Duties: Manage personal injury cases from intake to resolution Work collaboratively within a team environment Identify files ready for settlement discussions or prepare for settlement conferences Review, analyze,



and assess incoming medical and other related documents Track deadlines and timelines efficiently Communicate effectively with clients and team members, ensuring files are updated and documents are in order Prepare clients and attend examinations, motions, mediations, etc.
