Your newpany This opportunity is with a growing mid-sized architectural practice based in Southwestern Ontario, known for delivering a diverse portfolio of projects across residential,mercial, industrial, and hospitality sectors.

The firm is expanding and seeking a senior-level leader to support its continued growth and project delivery.

Your new role As a Senior Architect (licensed with stamping authority), you will lead and oversee projects from initial client engagement through to constructionpletion.

You will take full responsibility for design quality, regulatorypliance, timelines, and project delivery while sealing drawings as required.

You will manage a range ofplex projects, including large-scale multi-residential developments, and act as the primary liaison between clients, consultants, and internal teams.

In addition to project leadership, you will contribute to business development, client relationship management, and strategic growth initiatives.

Key responsibilities include: Leading projects through all phases: concept, design development, documentation, tender, and construction Managing budgets, schedules, and project risks Mentoring and guiding internal project teams Overseeing consultant coordination and stakeholder engagement Supporting proposals,



client presentations, and new business opportunities Ensuringpliance with zoning, municipal approvals, and building codes Providing construction administration, including RFIs, site reviews, and contract changes What you''ll need to succeed Licensed Architect (OAA) in valuable standing, with the ability to seal drawings 1015+ years of professional experience, including leadership ofplex projects Proven experience delivering projects through all phases, including construction Strong knowledge of the Ontario Building Code, site planning, and construction systems Extensive experience with municipal approvals and regulatory processes Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities Strong business development and client relationship skills Excellentmunication, presentation, and negotiation abilities Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and standard project management tools What you''ll get in return Chance to take on a senior leadership role with stamping authority Exposure to a diverse and high-value project portfolio Ability to influence business growth and strategic direction Collaborative team environment with opportunities for mentorship and development
