Job Title: Senior Python AWS Developer Location: Toronto, ON - Remote Duration: 1-Year Contract (Extension Possible) Job Description We are seeking an experienced Senior Python AWS Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance cloud-native applications using Python and AWS Cloud Services .

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in backend development, API development, serverless computing, microservices architecture, and AWS cloud technologies.

This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, secure, and scalable enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance applications using Python and AWS Cloud Services .

Build and enhance cloud-native applications leveraging AWS services such as Lambda, EC2, S3, API Gateway, RDS, DynamoDB, and Cloud

Watch .

Develop RESTful APIs, backend services, and automation solutions using Python frameworks such as Flask, FastAPI, or Django .

Implement serverless architectures and microservices-based solutions to support business requirements.

Collaborate with architects, business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to design and deliver scalable cloud solutions.

Create, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using AWS Dev

Ops tools and industry-standard deployment practices.

Monitor application performance, troubleshoot production issues, and optimize cloud resource utilization.

Implement AWS security best practices, including IAM policies,



encryption, and compliance standards , to ensure application security.

Participate in code reviews , unit testing , integration testing , and Agile development activities.

Document technical solutions, deployment processes, and best practices.

Required Skills Robust experience with Python development.

Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud Services .

Experience with AWS services including: AWS Lambda EC2 S3 API Gateway RDS DynamoDB Cloud

Experience with Python frameworks such as: Flask FastAPI Django Experience designing and implementing Microservices Architecture .
