Title: Technical Project Manager Location: Toronto, ON/3 days onsite Duration: 15 Months Introduction We are seeking a highly skilled individual to oversee complex application modernization and cloud migration engagements from initiation through transition to operations.

This role combines structured project governance, Scrum/Agile delivery, JIRA-based coordination, stakeholder management, risk control, and client-facing leadership to ensure secure, production-ready outcomes.

Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience managing complex IT application modernization, cloud migration, infrastructure transformation, or consulting engagements.

Solid understanding of the application modernization lifecycle, from assessment and planning through migration, deployment, and operational transition.

Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional onsite, offshore, vendor, and client teams in accelerated delivery environments.

Knowledge of modernizing applications using Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE) and containerized platforms,



including deployment and orchestration with Helm.

Prior work experience at client or in client''s industry.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications PMP certification is required.

Agile certification is required, such as Certified Scrum

Master, Professional Scrum Master, PMI-ACP, SAFe Agilist, or equivalent.

Cloud, Dev

Ops, or application modernization experience or certification is an asset.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities Lead the full delivery lifecycle for application modernization, cloud migration, containerization, and platform transition initiatives.

Apply Scrum practices to support sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily coordination, reviews, retrospectives, and continuous improvement.

Establish the project governance model, delivery cadence, decision framework, escalation path, and client-facing status rhythm.
