Description The incumbent of this role is required to review and process documents in both official languages (French and English) to meet our industry regulatory obligations.
It is required that they demonstrate advanced communication skills in both languages.
You will be working on a flexible hybrid schedule as part of Fidelitys dynamic working arrangement.
Current work authorization for Canada is required for all openings.
The work location for this role is 483 Bay Street in Toronto until approximately late 2026, when the work location will change to the new Mississauga office at 3 Robert Speck Parkway.

Fidelity Clearing Canada (FCC) is the leading independent clearing broker and custodian in the Canadian market.
We provide trade execution, clearing, custody and back-office support services to Canadian-based brokerage firms and the Canadian brokerage arms of U.S.-based firms.

please visit What You Will Do The Registered Products Administrator Bilingual will have the opportunity to learn about not only our company, but also the niche market of clearing, custodial and trade execution services.
The Registered Products team is responsible for settlements with our Trustee, RSP and TFSA contributions/deregistrations, RESP administration, RRIF/LIF payment setup/recurring events, RRSP to RRIF rollovers, and Pension plan unlocking/administration.
Processes all RESP withdrawals and transfer requests Coordinates the timing and generation of ESDC monthly in/out grant files.
Reconciles monthly RESP grant payment from ESDC with our system What You Need Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience You have between 1 - 2 years of experience in the financial services industry.
Bilingual (verbal and written) in French and English You are familiar with different account types such as Non-Registered Accounts (Cash, Margin, Joint etc.) as well as Registered Accounts (RRSPs, TFSAs, RESPs etc).
Excellent MS Excel skills The following are assets: Knowledge of and/or experience in the brokerage industry Completion of, or enrolment in, a financial services industry program (e.g. CSC) Expertise You Will Bring: You are an effective team player and are also able to work independently.
You have strong written and verbal communication skills You have an eye for detail and strong time management skills.

Competitive Pay for Specialized Talent This contract role offers a flexible, hourly compensation model that reflects your expertise and the value you bring.
The hourly rate ranges from $24 to $38 , based on experience and qualifications.
