Fusion Location: Toronto, ON Work Model: Onsite Employment Type: Full-Time FTE Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced RPA Platform Administrator to manage, support, and optimize enterprise Robotic Process Automation (RPA) platforms built on UiPath and Work

The ideal candidate will be responsible for platform administration, security, monitoring, bot lifecycle management, and ensuring high availability across Development, UAT/PAT, and Production environments within a regulated enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities Administer, maintain, and support UiPath and Work

Fusion RPA platforms across Development, UAT/PAT, and Production environments.

Manage UiPath Orchestrator , including robots, assets, queues, triggers, schedules, environments, and tenant configurations.

Administer Work

Fusion Control Tower and provide platform support, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.

Deploy, monitor, and maintain attended and unattended bots.

Configure bot scheduling, workload balancing, queue management, and automation execution.

Manage platform upgrades, patches, backup, disaster recovery, and high availability.

Implement and maintain platform security, user access, role-based access control (RBAC), and credential management.

Integrate RPA platforms with Active Directory (AD), Single Sign-On (SSO), Cyber

Ark, and Azure Key Vault .

Monitor platform health, bot execution, and infrastructure using enterprise observability tools.

Troubleshoot platform incidents, bot failures, and infrastructure issues while ensuring timely resolution.

Collaborate with Automation Developers, Infrastructure, Security, and Business teams to support automation initiatives.

Support change management, release management,



incident management, and production deployments following ITIL best practices.

Maintain platform documentation, operational runbooks, and standard operating procedures.

Required Skills & Experience 5 8 years of IT experience with a minimum of 3+ years of hands-on UiPath and/or Work

Fusion Platform Administration .

Robust experience with: UiPath Orchestrator Administration Attended & Unattended Robot Management Assets, Queues, Triggers, Scheduling, and Automation Monitoring Experience administering Work

Fusion Control Tower and supporting Intelligent Automation platforms.

Strong knowledge of Windows Server Administration.

Experience integrating with: Active Directory (AD) Single Sign-On (SSO) Cyber

Ark Azure Key Vault Experience supporting enterprise-grade RPA platforms in BFSI or other highly regulated environments.

Hands-on experience with monitoring and observability tools: Dynatrace Splunk App

Dynamics Grafana Strong understanding of: ITIL Framework Incident Management Problem Management Change Management Release Management Experience with enterprise platform support, troubleshooting, and production operations.

Preferred Qualifications Experience managing highly available, scalable RPA infrastructure.

Knowledge of automation governance, security, compliance, and disaster recovery planning.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder communication skills.

Experience working in Banking, Financial Services, Insurance (BFSI), or other regulated industries is highly preferred.

Preferred Certifications UiPath Certified Qualified (UCP) UiPath Infrastructure Engineer Certification Work

Fusion RPA Certification ITIL Foundation Certification Microsoft Azure Certification (Preferred) Microsoft Windows Server Administration Certification (Nice to Have)
