Travel within sales territory to meet prospects and existing customers Generate new business including communication and cooperation with existing Sales Agents, Distributors, and End User customers; some existing business may also be allocated to this role depending on technical experience level Conduct daily sales calls with face-to-face meetings Communicate directly with customers and potential customers and provide technical specs and price quotes after discussion with company Estimating Dept. as well as communication with company Sales Manager Build and maintain relationships with new and repeat customers Maintain records of all sales leads and/or customer accounts Educate customers on how products or services can benefit them financially and professionally Monitor the companys industry competitors, new products,



and market conditions to understand a customers specific needs Assist in the marketing and promotion of company products through a selection of trade shows including recommendations for the design, content and attendance; coordinate the introduction, promotion, and customer follow up for all new New Product Developments Interact as needed with in-house team members for direct support on roles sales goals Labels Post-Secondary education ideally Business, Marketing, or Sales related but will consider others with relevant experience Minimum 3 years experience in outside B2B sales Experience with direct label sales preferred Dynamic and outgoing Able to be proactive in going after current clients as well as managing existing / current accounts Negotiation skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Able to travel and use own vehicle for business purposes
