In this role you will: Partner with Talent Acquisition, Business Stakeholders and Human Resources to understand and address business needs Support the full project lifecycle of technical and non-technical recruitment strategic initiatives Partner with recruitment operations and optimization teams on the implementation and evaluation of recruitment programs Partner with the technology teams to facilitate and partner on technology solutions for recruitment Continuously seek opportunities to gain efficiencies by leveraging the global HR operating model in alignment with the recruitment tech roadmap Monitor and analyze leading trends and best practices to identify improvement/enhancement opportunities Manage vendor relationships for program/tools to ensure effective deployment and enhancements Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed? - We''d love to work with you if you have:
