Adecco is currently hiring a full-time Product Support Specialist for our client in Toronto, ON.
This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused qualified with experience in application support, digital platforms, and business-to-business client environments.
In this role, you''ll play a key part in delivering exceptional client experience by providing advanced application support, resolving complex issues, and contributing to the continuous improvement of digital tools and processes.

Here''s why you should apply: Paid weekly accurate and on time Strong health and safety programs Medical and dental benefits once qualified Free training programs New and quicker onboarding process Responsibilities: Provide advanced support for digital platforms by analyzing, prioritizing, troubleshooting, and resolving inquiries, incidents, and service issues Collaborate with internal teams, technology partners, vendors, and development teams to investigate issues and drive solutions Act as a trusted advisor by providing guidance, recommendations, and support to technical and non-technical users Create, maintain, and improve support documentation, knowledge articles, user guides, and operational procedures Support testing, validation, incident management, service outage communications, and product launches Monitor support requests and recurring issues to identify trends, perform root cause analysis,
and recommend long-term improvements Contribute to the enhancement of digital tools, processes, and user experiences Stay current with digital products, platform capabilities, and industry trends Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor''s degree and a minimum of 3 years of experience in application support, technical support, or a client-facing support role Experience in a business-to-business environment, preferably within financial services, brokerage, or custody services Knowledge of digital platforms, client-facing applications, and business systems Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences Experience using Jira, Confluence, or SQL is considered an asset Knowledge of application or system development is considered an asset Availability to provide occasional support outside regular business hours during product releases or critical incidents French language skills are considered an asset Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada Are you interested in this position?
