Working closely with supervised farm animals, pets and wildlife (beavers, foxes, coyotes, etc.) Managing lost and found, parking, and access Collaborating with staff and local emergency responders Qualifications Ontario Security Guard License Standard First Aid and CPR Level C from a WSIB-approved provider Strong communication skills and an upbeat, professional attitude Ability to handle fast-paced, diverse campus demands Outdoor adventure seeker Prior post-secondary or healthcare security experience an asset Must not be a current Seneca student at Newnham Campus Legally authorized to work in Canada Must be able to provide certifications in Use of Force (UOF) and Management of Aggressive Behavior (MOAB) Applicants lacking these certifications can opt into Paladin''s UoF/MOAB certification program prior to their onboarding training Please be aware: The UoF/MOAB certification is not paid as it is a pre-requisite; however, Paladin will cover all of the costs of the training with a 6-month commitment to the position/availability Why choose Paladin?
