Required Skills & Qualifications 10+ years of experience in Information Technology with a focus on banking and financial services Proven experience as a Solution and Functional Architect Strong skills in obtaining stakeholder commitment and leading project discussions At least 3 years of experience in evaluating and selecting modernization strategies Prior work experience at client or in client''s industry Preferred Skills & Qualifications Familiarity with modern front-end and server-side rendering frameworks Excellent problem-solving skills Robust verbal and written communication skills Day-to-Day Responsibilities Act as a trusted advisor to assigned business groups Assist in the development of strategic plans Identify emerging issues and trends to inform decision-making Support the execution of strategic initiatives with internal and external stakeholders Conduct independent analysis and assessment to resolve strategic issues Build effective relationships with stakeholders Design and produce regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards Lead change management activities including readiness assessments and stakeholder management
