Job Description Job Title: Production Support Analyst (Unix/Linux, SQL, Control-M, ITRS Geneos, Capital Markets) Technical Skills Strong hands-on experience with Unix/Linux environments Experience with ITRS Geneos Monitoring (or equivalent enterprise monitoring tools) Hands-on experience with Control-M job scheduling and batch monitoring Robust knowledge of SQL, including querying, troubleshooting, and data analysis Experience in incident management, problem management, and production support activities Domain Expertise Experience in Capital Markets domain Prior exposure to supporting applications used by Trading Desks, Front Office, Middle Office, or Quantitative teams Understanding of trade lifecycle, market data,

Ops practices and CI/CD pipelines Exposure to Kubernetes and containerized environments Experience with Grafana monitoring and observability tools Working knowledge of Cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, or GCP) Familiarity with scripting languages such as Shell Script or Python Requirements Sailpoint
