Our financial services client is seeking a Senior Data and Reporting Analyst (57+ years) to design and evolve enterprise reporting solutions using Power BI, Service

Now, and ITSM data Line of business: Treasury & Payment Solutions Technology Duration: 12 months (possibility of extension) Location: GTA ((Scarborough, Barrie, Downtown Toronto) - Hybrid - 2 days/week in office (Thursday team meeting and the other is versatile) Join a collaborative technology team supporting Treasury & Payment Solutions initiatives across critical banking operations.

This role focuses on transforming complex ITSM and operational data into actionable insights that enhance service stability and performance.

You will partner with technology, operations, and business stakeholders to shape data strategies supporting continuous improvement and AI-driven automation.

Exceptional performers may be considered for full-time conversion at the end of the contract.

Must Haves 5 to 7+ years of experience in reporting, analytics, or business intelligence roles 5+ years of experience in Power BI development (Key), including data modeling, DAX (Key), and dashboard design Strong understanding of ITIL framework and Site Reliability Engineering practices Hands-on experience with Service

Now ITSM data (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB) and operational reporting Proven ability to translate data into meaningful insights and compelling narratives for business and leadership audiences Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies Experience working cross-functionally and engaging with technical and business stakeholders Excellent communication, facilitation, and documentation skills VERY IMPORTANT Experience in Information Technology environments,



preferably within financial services Nice to Have Previous financial services experience Bachelors degree required (Business, Finance, Engineering, Science, Mathematics, or related field preferred).
