This role requires someone who understands not only the technology, but also the underlying business processes and operating context.

Axiom implementation experience (preferred with nuclear client) Experience implementing in nuclear or other safety-critical/highly regulated environments At least 34 years of relevant implementation experience, ideally across 34 projects Strong understanding of digital work execution and workflow transformation Familiarity with SAP, P6,



and document management in operational environments Strong stakeholder-facing communication skills and the ability to walk and talk nuclear with client teams Prior work experience at client or in the client''s industry Preferred Skills & Qualifications Enterprise integration architecture API and integration design Workflow/digital work execution design Nuclear operations Human factors engineering Mobile-first, data-driven development SAP EAM/Work Management Scheduling (P6) Document management (EDMS) Plant data systems (PI, SCADA) Quality Management System (QMS) or similar compliance frameworks Day-to-Day Responsibilities Lead solution design and implementation for Next
