Job#: 3040874 Job Description: IT - Data Analyst - Intermediate Location: Toronto, Ontario (Partial Remote) Role Overview An Intermediate Data Analyst is sought to support the HR Technology Team.

The successful candidate will design, develop, and maintain Azure Databricksbased ETL solutions.

This role involves supporting complex HR technology projects, integrating data across multiple back-end systems and SaaS platforms, and contributing to the modernization of existing data workflows.

You will work with internal stakeholders and technical teams to deliver reliable and scalable data solutions.

Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain ETL solutions using Azure Databricks.

Support large-scale HR technology projects and data integrations.

Contribute to the modernization of data workflows and migration to Azure Databricks.

Develop solutions for building data pipelines and working with data lakes.

Articulate what you personally built, how you delivered it, and the technical decisions made.

Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Qualifications Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a Data Analytics or Developer role is required.

Candidates must demonstrate practical, hands-on development experience in building and delivering data solutions, not just supporting environments.

Technical Skills: A minimum of 3 years of hands-on development experience with Azure Databricks is required.





Candidates must have experience with Azure-based data platforms, building data pipelines, and developing SQL-based solutions.

Preferred Qualifications Experience with Service

Now or Jira.

Knowledge of Informatica.

Familiarity with Auto

Sys.

Experience with Feedhub integration.
