Minimum 3 years of experience leading enterprise Salesforce implementations with 300+ users.

Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise applications such as Oracle and SAP.

Experience with at least one complex data migration project, including ETL efforts.

Experience working with global delivery models.

Experience with Salesforce integration tools, including Informatica Cloud.

Architecture & Best Practices Provide technical leadership and establish best practices for: Integration development Application development Deployment Testing Iterative refinement Identify opportunities to utilize Salesforce to improve business processes and productivity.

Recommend solutions to support organizational growth and scalability.

Release & Change Management Define, communicate, and manage change management processes for: Recent application development Code releases Existing application updates Support CI/CD processes.

Manage release management activities.

Identify technical risks and issues.
