Meraki Talent are currently seeking an experienced Transfer Pricing Senior Manager to join a growing international tax practice, based in Toronto.

This position offers the opportunity to advise multinational organisations on complex cross-border tax matters while leading client engagements, supporting business growth and developing high-performing teams.

The team advises a diverse portfolio of multinational clients on transfer pricing matters across multiple jurisdictions.

Working alongside specialists in corporate tax and international advisory, the team helps businesses navigate complex global tax regulations, manage risk, strengthen documentation frameworks and resolve transfer pricing challenges in an increasingly dynamic regulatory environment.

Key Responsibilities Lead the delivery of transfer pricing engagements from initial planning through to implementation, documentation, compliance and dispute resolution.

Advise clients on a wide range of international transactions, including intellectual property, intercompany financing, supply chain arrangements, shared service models and cross-border trading structures.

Build trusted relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities to expand service offerings and win new business.





Work closely with colleagues across tax and wider advisory teams to provide integrated solutions that address clients'' commercial and strategic objectives.

Take ownership of multiple projects, ensuring work is delivered to a consistently high standard, on time and within budget.

Contribute to the development of the firm''s market presence by supporting strategic initiatives and promoting sustainable business growth.

About You: A degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, Law, Mathematics or a related discipline, with a relevant professional qualification being advantageous. 7+ years'' experience in transfer pricing or international tax gained within a qualified services or advisory environment.

Strong working knowledge of OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines and the wider international tax landscape.

Excellent analytical, research and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to communicate complex technical matters clearly.

Proven experience managing client engagements and delivering a high standard of client service.

Strong leadership, mentoring and relationship-building skills, with the ability to motivate and develop colleagues while working effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
