Job Title: Packer Job Description As a Packer, you will be responsible for handling crates of candy, ensuring quality control, and efficiently packaging products into boxes on the production line.

Responsibilities Unload crates of candy onto the production line.

Perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet the required standards.

Efficiently package products into boxes for distribution.

Essential Skills Experience in production, general labor, assembly, and packaging.

Additional Skills & Qualifications Ability to work in a fast-paced, automated manufacturing environment.

Work Environment The work environment is a large, temperature-controlled, and very clean manufacturing facility that complies with GMP requirements, including the use of PPE such as hairnets, beardnets, and coats.

Safety shoes are mandatory.

The facility operates 24/7 with rotating continental day and night shifts (7-7), and each crew consists of about 100 people. A sample schedule includes day and night shifts on a rotating basis, offering flexibility for those who can work both shifts.

However, candidates who prefer only day or night shifts may be considered for contract positions.

Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of East York, ON.

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50/hr.
