Your new role As an Interior Designer, you will support the development and delivery of design solutions across multiple project phases.

You will work closely with the design team to conduct research, develop concepts, and coordinate project deliverables, ensuring alignment with quality standards, timelines, and budgets.

Your responsibilities will include: Conducting site surveys, feasibility studies, and research on materials and furniture systems Assisting in concept design development and schematic solutions.

Preparing presentation boards and supporting materials Producing drawings, models, and renderings in line with established standards Attending project meetings to coordinate deliverables and requirements Preparing furniture procurement documentation and managing FF&E; processes, including delivery coordination Staying current with design trends, suppliers,



and presentation techniques Preparing and coordinating construction drawings using Revit What you''ll need to succeed To be successful in this role, you will have: Post-secondary education in Interior Design or a related discipline 47 years of relevant professional experience in interior design Proficiency in design software, including AutoCAD, Revit, Photoshop, InDesign, and Microsoft Office Strong creativity, design sensibility, and presentation skills Knowledge of building codes and familiarity with Mechanical, Electrical, and Structural systems Experience in project delivery, coordination, and client interaction Excellent time management, organizational, and problem-solving abilities Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work across multidisciplinary teams Membership with a recognized interior design association (considered an asset) What you''ll get in return Flexible hybrid work environment Chance to work on diverse and engaging design projects Exposure to a collaborative and multidisciplinary team environment Ongoing professional development and growth opportunities
