Job Description Our client is seeking a Project Management Lead with demonstrated experience in the non-profit, healthcare, or social services sector to drive the successful delivery of high-impact community initiatives.

In this role, you will oversee the implementation of a current system, HART Hub, managing complex projects from planning through to execution.

This includes coordinating cross-functional teams and engaging key stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and in alignment with the organizations strategic goals.

The successful candidate must have a strong understanding of Ontarios healthcare system and funding frameworks to navigate project requirements effectively and ensure alignment with provincial standards.

This is a three-year contract role, requiring a strong commitment to the full duration of the project.

Responsibilities: Lead project planning, execution, and performance monitoring for key health and social service initiatives Develop timelines, manage resources,



and ensure project goals align with strategic priorities Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support integrated service delivery Track milestones, manage risk, and report on project outcomes and financials Use data and feedback to inform continuous improvement Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Project Management, Business, Public Health, or a related field PMP certification (or equivalent) 5+ years of project management experience in healthcare, non-profit, or social services Strong understanding of Ontarios health system and funding environments Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills Proficiency in tools like MS Project, Power BI, Share

Point, and the MS Suite Other Requirements: Valid Ontario drivers license and access to a reliable vehicle Satisfactory criminal reference and vulnerable sector check
