Required Skills & Qualifications 6-8 years of experience in software quality assurance.

Experience in test automation using Selenium and Java.

Solid understanding of end-to-end testing frameworks and methodologies.

Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Exposure to cloud-based/migration projects testing.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Effective communication with both technical and business stakeholders.

Ability to drive quality initiatives and continuous improvement.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications Understanding of Mortgage origination, underwriting, servicing,



or related financial processes is highly preferred.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities Lead end-to-end (E2E) testing strategy, planning, and execution across multiple applications and systems.

Mentor and guide QA team members, driving best practices in testing methodologies and quality assurance processes.

Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality product delivery.

Manage automation testing scope.

Conduct API testing and ensure validation of service-layer integrations.

Ensure defect tracking, reporting, and resolution in alignment with project timelines.
