Job Title: ADM Release Manager Location: Toronto, ON Work Mode: Hybrid Experience: 10+ Years Role Summary We are seeking an experienced ADM Release Manager to lead and manage end-to-end application releases across UAT and Production environments.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing application releases while ensuring compliance with change management processes, audit requirements, and organizational release standards.

This role requires strong stakeholder management, release governance, and cross-functional coordination to deliver successful deployments in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

Plan, schedule, coordinate, and execute release activities while ensuring minimal business disruption.

Collaborate with technology, business, project, and operations teams to ensure successful release delivery.

Create, manage, and validate release promotion packages.

Raise, track,



and manage change requests and change tickets throughout the release lifecycle.

Coordinate artifact collection, deployment approvals, and release validations.

Ensure compliance with audit, governance, and organizational change management policies.

Identify release risks, develop mitigation plans, and communicate release status to stakeholders.

Continuously improve release management processes, standards, and best practices.

Maintain release documentation, deployment records, and audit evidence.

Required Qualifications 10+ years of experience in Release Management or Application Delivery Management.

Strong knowledge of Release Management, Change Management, and Deployment processes.

Experience managing UAT and Production releases in enterprise environments.

Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and software deployment methodologies.

Experience with audit compliance and governance processes.

Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills.

Solid analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills ITIL Change & Release Management knowledge.

Experience with Dev

Ops tools and enterprise release automation.

Financial services or banking domain experience is a plus.
