In this role, you will: Contribute to the design of the overallrisk and issues management framework, delivery/operatingmodeland related processes in compliance with the Banks broader Enterprise standards; Supportsperiodic effectivenessreviews and contributes to continuous improvement of the teams internal processes; Working with the Senior Manager and other relevant stakeholders, develop actionable project plans to address data/platform risks and issues within required timelines; Manage the teamsinternaland/or externalrisk & issues management documentation, reporting,tracking,anddashboards, providing insights and recommendations to the

Senior Manageras well as ensuring accuracy in metrics, KPIs and KRIs; Prepareand deliver weekly and monthly updates to various forums and stakeholders; Manages preparation and writing of audit related documentation,requiredevidence, and closure packages and coordinates responses/communication with relevant stakeholders; Maintain awareness of data security,complianceand platformconcepts to support ongoing reportingand risk managementneeds; Ensure adherence to data reporting standards and methodologies; Uphold integrity and compliance by reporting any practices that may compromise the organizationas well as execute responsibilities with efficiency, productivity, and adherence to institutional policies and regulations.

Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? We''d love to work with you if you have: Minimum five (5)



years experience working in atechnologyrisk/audit,data and data platforms,technology orbankingenvironmentwith various operational,regulatoryand technical risks and controls; University degree in Business, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience; Proven experience working with large,matrixorganizationwithvarious stakeholders,prioritiesand constraints.

Strongverbaland written communication skills, with ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences at various levels within the organization; Ability to evaluatethe designeffectiveness,operatingeffectivenessand sustainabilityofvariousoperational and/or technicalcontrols developed and implemented by thedata platform teams.

Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to ensure alignment and buy-in from stakeholders; Strong technical reportinganddata visualization skills in

PowerBI, Excelwith exceptional attention to detail especially in reporting,metricsand data; Significant experiencewith Enterprise project management and communication tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Share

Point); Proven ability to understand regulatory, legal and risk concepts and convert them into business requirements; Understanding of banking products/services, operations,



systems/infrastructure,policies & processes,controlsand organizationis preferred; Experience in Enterprise data platformengineeringand/orinformation security and controlsis an advantage.
