Lawyer, Real Estate Litigation About the Opportunity We are partnering with a long-standing client who is seeking a talented and motivated real estate lawyer to join a dynamic legal team focused on managing complex professional and real estate-related claims and litigation matters.

In this full-time, permanent role, you will take ownership of a diverse file portfolio and work closely with internal stakeholders and external counsel to assess exposure, develop strategy, and drive successful outcomes.

This position is ideal for a real estate litigation lawyer who enjoys problem-solving, strategic thinking, and working across diverse areas connected to real estate disputes and professional liability matters.

What You''ll Do Oversee and manage a portfolio of litigation files, with an emphasis on real estate-related matters Analyze claims, identify legal and practical risks, and develop tailored resolution strategies Collaborate with retained external counsel, providing direction on litigation approach and case progression Work directly with clients to provide guidance, support, and practical solutions Proactively adjust strategies as files evolve to achieve optimal outcomes Contribute to risk mitigation and loss prevention initiatives Leverage technology and modern tools to efficiently manage caseloads and reporting What You Bring Licensed to practice law in Ontario and in good standing Minimum 3 years of real estate, litigation experience Experience in related areas such as civil litigation, insurance, estates,
