Our Ontario based client is seeking an experiencedSAP Success
Factors
Payroll & Time Functional Specialist to join their team on a full time permanent basis.
The ideal candidate has 3+ years implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP Payroll, Pension, Time Management, or Success
Factors EC Payroll and Time Tracking.
Must be proficient in personnel calculation rules, schema rules, collective agreements, wage types, CATS, time recording, evaluation, and ESS-MSS/Fiori.
Hands-on experience required in end-to-end payroll, pension, and time troubleshooting including calculations, DME, configuration, Finance/third-party integration, Off-Cycle Workbench, pension calculations, taxation, and year-end processing.
This will be a hybrid role with the exact amount of on-site scheduled days to be confirmed.
Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with business stakeholders to document business requirements and implement SAP solutions.
Design, configure, develop, test, and implement SAP Payroll and Time Management and SF systems and solutions using best practices and standards for SAP.
Provide ongoing support including analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving production issues.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and optimizations within SAP and Success
Factors Payroll and Time Management/Tracking domains.
Maintain the system and operational integrity including ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies of solutions / applications related to SAP Payroll and Time Management, Success
Factors,
and Fiori.
Create and maintain documentation for system configurations, process flows, specifications for developers and test plans.
Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to confirm solution meets the business needs, conforms to specifications while ensuring program, module, and system integrity.
Support business stakeholders during the user acceptance testing process.
Be responsible for Support Package updates by reviewing and identifying relevant SAP notes to be applied, completing required end-to-end testing, and ensuring that the updates are accurately applied.
Provide functional expertise for projects/systems that integrate with SAP Payroll and Time Management modules, Success
Factors Employee Central Payroll and Time Tracking.
Develop and deliver end-user training materials and sessions to ensure successful adoption of the current processes and systems.
Develop and deliver knowledge transfer sessions with other functional and technical team members.
Maintain and upgrade skills in relation to current and new technology.
Work in a collaborative team environment with multiple stakeholders including functional specialists, ABAP developers, business users, vendors, consultants. SAP Certification in HCM Payroll or Success
Factors Employee Central Payroll is required.
Post-secondary education in the field of Human Resources Management, IT, Business or in a related discipline.
Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
