We are seeking an Integration Technical Lead to drive the design, development, and optimization of secure, real-time backend systems that connect to our financial platforms at scale.

This role combines hands-on technical leadership with strategic guidance to deliver seamless end-to-end solutions integrating enterprise platforms, APIs, and third-party services.

Youll

Bring tothe Team: Bachelors, ormaster''s degree in computer science, Engineering, orrelatedfield. 12+ years of experience designing and leading high-scale, high-availability backend/API systems.

Proven ability to mentor engineers, lead technical discussions, and influence architectural decisions for integration solutions.

Proven experience leadingdevelopmentteam,technicaldesignand delivery for complex integration initiatives across multiple domains.

Deepexpertisein API design, backend services, and distributed systems.

Strong experience witheventdrivenarchitectures, including messaging, streaming, and asynchronous processing patterns.

Handsonexperience withcloudnativeand serverless architectures, preferably on Microsoft Azure.

Strong understanding of security, authentication, authorization, and data protection for APIs and integration platforms.

Experience working in regulated or complex enterprise environments (financial services experience is a strong asset).

Excellentproblemsolving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Extra Skills That Set You Apart: Experience leading or overseeing migrations from Mule

Soft to Azure Integration Services, including defining migration strategy, target architectures, and transition plans across teams.

Experience defining and enforcing performance tuning, monitoring, and observability standards across Azure integration platforms, including proactive reliability and costoptimization strategies.

Experienceoperatingin hybrid integration environments, supporting multiple platforms (e.g., Mule

Soft and Azure) during phased modernization or transformation initiatives.
