Job Title: Oracle Fusion Functional Consultant Location: Toronto, Ontario Duration: 06-12 Months Job Description: We are seeking an experienced consultant to analyze business requirements and map them to Oracle Fusion capabilities.

The successful candidate will configure and implement Oracle Fusion modules, conduct FIT-GAP analysis, and design functional solutions.

Responsibilities include system setup, testing, deployment, integration with third-party applications, post-implementation support, and user training.

Required Skills & Qualifications More than 5 years of experience with Oracle applications.

Hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud (ERP/HCM/SCM).

Strong understanding of business processes and implementation lifecycle.

Valuable knowledge of BPM, BI Reports, OTBI, BIP, and Workflow configurations.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.

Ability to work independently and in teams.

Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.





Preferred Skills & Qualifications Experience in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). SQL / PL-SQL knowledge.

Fast Formulas (for HCM roles), API & Web Services integration, and Data migration tools (FBDI, HDL).

Oracle Fusion Cloud Certification (ERP / HCM / SCM modules).

Day-to-Day Responsibilities Analyze business requirements and map them to Oracle Fusion capabilities.

Configure and implement Oracle Fusion modules.

Conduct FIT-GAP analysis and recommend best practices.

Design functional solutions and prepare configuration documents.

Perform system setup, testing (SIT/UAT), and deployment.

Integrate Oracle Fusion with third-party applications.

Provide post-implementation support and enhancements.

Troubleshoot issues and ensure system performance optimization.

Collaborate with technical teams for customizations and reports.

Train end-users and prepare user documentation.
