Job Title:SRE Lead Duration: 12 months Location: Toronto, Ontario ''Hybrid: 2 days in office'' Introduction We are seeking a skilled and experienced SRE Lead to join our team in Toronto.

This role requires a deep understanding of application and system-level knowledge across complex environments, including on-prem and cloud-native services.

The successful candidate will have hands-on experience with APM and observability platforms and will be responsible for driving and executing the SREWCCS Roadmap.

Required Skills & Qualifications Deep application and system-level knowledge across complex environments, including on-prem and cloud-native services.

Hands-on experience with APM and observability platforms like Dynatrace.

Proven troubleshooting experience across multilayer environments.

Experience in implementing SRE practices and guiding complex SRE implementations.





Preferred Skills & Qualifications Expertise in AWS Observability, including CW, Application Signals, Metrics, logs, traces, Lambda, API-GW.

Development experience with Python, AWS Lambda, ECS, Azure Functions.

Background or knowledge of OTEL.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities Drive and execute the SREWCCS Roadmap.

Instrument, analyze, and troubleshoot complex distributed applications.

Provide assessments of current capabilities, identify gaps, and contribute to the SRE WCCS roadmap.
