Job Title: Functional Analyst Location: Montreal, Quebec ''Hybrid'' Duration: 06-12 Months Hourly Pay Rate: 60 CAD/hr.

Job Description: Provide expertise in the discipline of system analysis, design, testing, and deployment.

Work with other IT Professionals and Business Subject Matter Experts in implementing new systems that meet business requirements and are aligned with IT orientations.

Act as a liaison between Business Subject Matter Experts, technical teams, and/or third-party vendors as required.

Transform business requirements and conceptual system designs into detailed functional specifications in accordance with design standards and methodology.

Evaluate feasibility and provide estimates for tasks and artifacts under own responsibility.

Coordinate team effort in developing, testing, and implementing the solution.

Provide operational support during business hours for incidents arising from live systems; investigate and resolve issues and problems.





Required Skills & Qualifications Business Analysis Education Domain Knowledge Ellucian or any SIS Functional knowledge Robust analytical and problem-solving skills Knowledge of JIRA and Confluence, as well as Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) Knowledge and practical experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) principles Self-motivated, autonomous, and ability to work well with multiple teams in a cross-functional setup Demonstrated ability to work on multiple initiatives and manage deadlines Result and client-oriented Demonstrated effective communication, writing, planning, and coordination skills Clear communication (written and verbal) Preferred Skills & Qualifications Knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL Knowledge of Ellucian Banner ERP and its APIs Knowledge of Zephyr Scale (in JIRA) as a Test management suite, and Service
