Our client is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join the team on a temporary (3 month) assignment.

Job Type: Temporary - 3 months (possibility for extension) Location: North York, ON Pay Rate: $73,000 per annum Hours: 2:00pm to 10:00pm Overview We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor for a 3-month assignment to oversee daily warehouse operations.

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, the Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for planning, coordinating, supervising, and optimizing all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, order picking, and shipping.

The incumbent ensures operational excellence by meeting productivity, quality, health and safety, and customer service objectives while fostering a positive, engaged, and high-performing work environment.

Education in Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Minimum five years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing workplace,



preferably within the food manufacturing industry.

Knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety regulations and a commitment to maintaining a safe workplace; forklift certification is an asset.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems (WMS/ERP), including platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.

Strong leadership and team development skills, with the ability to coach, motivate, and build high-performing teams.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including conflict resolution and relationship management.

Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Results-driven and customer-focused, with a commitment to accountability, adaptability, and continuous improvement.

Must have authorization to work in Canada and commit to full-time hours as needed
