Our manufacturing client is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead ERP modernization and technical debt remediation initiatives Join a high-visibility program driving enterprise-wide ERP modernization and data enablement within a complex manufacturing setting.
This role sits in the PMO, and oversees KTLO (Keep the Lights On) initiatives, legacy ERP maintenance.
The position operates within governance-heavy environments, interfacing closely with executives to deliver results across multiple integration streams.
This is a 6month contract with a strong likelihood of extension and potential full-time conversion, if the candidate is interested.
The successful candidate will oversee new projects, in the infancy phase.
Target Start: ASAP End Date: December , strong possibility of extension Location: Bolton, ON - Hybrid; 1-2 days per week; requirement to be in the office 5 days per week for the initial 2 weeks Must Haves: Senior-level Project Management experience across complex ERP modernization or migration programs Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills,
including Csuite and Steering Committee engagement Experience managing technical debt remediation and legacy ERP enhancements, upgrades within large integration ecosystems Hands-on knowledge of SDLC and PMBOK processes within governance-heavy environments Nice to Have: Familiarity with SOX, ITGC, or audit-compliant project delivery environments Responsibilities: Lead KTLO and technical debt remediation efforts within the ERP portfolio Oversee ERP modernization and upgrade projects through initiation and design phases Coordinate across multiple business and IT stakeholders to ensure governance compliance Prepare and present project updates to Steering Committees and executive leadership Drive vendor-led and SI-led delivery efforts supporting the enterprise ERP roadmap Manage cross-functional teams and maintain project momentum in a fast-paced environment Support planning and execution of data migration, integrations, and cutover activities
