As the VP of Delivery, you will be instrumental in guiding Climb's delivery model, focusing on quality and efficiency. You will leverage your extensive expertise in qualified services to lead a team of over 75 practitioners while ensuring the sustainability of operations. This position will allow you to innovate and build a delivery OS that empowers our consultants to exceed client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure engagement quality and client satisfaction metrics • Manage pod model for optimal capacity planning • Develop and maintain the internal delivery platform • Track delivery performance with hard metrics • Set up quality assurance systems for engagement health
Requirements: • 15+ years of consulting experience with P&L; responsibility • Extensive knowledge of managing service delivery economics • Proven success in data or AI program implementation • Background in engineering internal delivery tools • Proficient in AI-assisted development processes
