Transform youth mental health services at Youth Wellness Hubs Ontario as the Manager of Education & Workforce Development. Lead training initiatives and foster community collaboration for youth wellness.
In this full time permanent position, you will be responsible for managing educational activities and workforce development initiatives at YWHO. You will work closely with various stakeholders to implement effective training programs that enhance service delivery for youth aged 12-25. Your leadership will ensure alignment with broader objectives for community mental health support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop comprehensive training and evaluation strategies
• Coordinate with community partners for workforce initiatives




• Create and manage educational resources and courses
• Supervise staff and external trainers
• Oversee knowledge mobilization activities
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in relevant fields with 5+ years experience
• Experience managing staff and budgets
• Understanding of knowledge exchange frameworks
• Proven skills in curriculum development
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
